Parkinsonism: Overview

Parkinsonism refers to the state of Parkinsonís Disease. The hallmark symptom is tremor, with shaky fingers, shaky hands, and as the disease progresses, more severe effects such as head nodding. Parkinsonís Disease may be primary or secondary due to a brain injury or a brain infection (post-encephalitic parkinsonism).
